Here are a list of the questons with answers of the questions that I receive the most.

1Q) How do I receive the spreadsheets after they are purchased?

1A) I email the spreadsheet to you with directions within 12 hours of purchase.

2Q) Do your spreadsheets have macros?

2A) Yes they do. In order to allow the macros to function correctly go to Tools>Options>Security settings and set it to Medium. With these settings in place you will prompted by Excel if want to allow the macros to work. For my spreadsheets, click "yes."

3Q) Can your spreadsheets be used in OpenOffice?

3A) Yes and No, some spreadsheets can be used in OpenOffice and others cannot. For example, The Stock Fetcher Spreadsheet cannot be used in OpenOffice because of the macros. But most of the others can and I have created OpenOffice versions that have the bugs fixed. It will state the possiblity in the description.

4Q) What happens when the eBay or Paypal Fees change?

4A) The eBay fees are typically changed every February. I update the algorithms and release the updated spreadsheets. If you have purchased the spreadsheets 90 days before the price change I will give you the new spreadsheets free of charge.

5Q) What information do you need to do a customized spreadsheet?

5A) Please write out exactly what you want and I will tell you if it is possible. Just about anything that you can dream up can be done so tell me exactly what you want. I charge $25 an hour to develop the spreadsheet. I will provide the quote with delivery date. If the price is acceptable I will request payment to be sent to sales@spreadsheets.net and I will provide the spreadsheet within the promised timeframe.

6Q) How long have you been doing this?

6A) I have been selling spreadsheets since January 2005.
